How long will it take to receive my glasses?
We are experiencing delays due to the high volume of orders and
current material and labor shortages. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for your orders.
Almost 100% of our orders are processed and shipped within two business days of receiving payment. We offer shipping through both UPS and USPS, with a wide variety of shipping options, including UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day. The amount of time in transit depends upon the shipping option you select upon checkout.

I want to see the quality of your product before I proceed placing my order. Can you send me a sample?
It is my first order and I want to order a big quantity. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we do! We take pride in providing a quality product at affordable prices to our customers. We offer bulk rates that continually decrease as you purchase more and more glasses.
Do you offer reseller prices?
Yes, we do! All you need is to fill out the Become a Reseller form. Once approved, you will be able to get the reseller pricing.
What is the minimum quantity for a custom design?
We do not have a minimum order quantity; we can make anywhere from a single customized pair, to 10,000+ pairs.
Do I have to pay duties when shipping outside of the USA?
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
LOGOLENSES.COM ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not
collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular
charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must
be paid in order for your package to clear customs.
